ttjj Casino Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ttjj," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operating entity behind the ttjj Casino platform, accessible at ttjj.cam, duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the website at ttjj.cam, any mobile-accessible version thereof, and all associated software, tools, content, and services made available to registered users.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ttjj Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on the ttjj Platform.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a Player's Account, representing funds available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional rewards granted by ttjj that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees the operations of ttjj in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before a Player may deposit, wager, or withdraw funds on the ttjj Platform.

By accessing the ttjj Platform, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to ttjj's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual Game Rules.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on ttjj, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly upon any change.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the ttjj Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

4.2 KYC Documents

Prior to processing any withdrawal and, at ttjj's discretion, prior to accepting any deposit, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of the following:

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ttjj will never request your password or full OTP via chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you report unauthorised access to ttjj immediately upon discovery.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on the ttjj Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and Player tier.

Deposits are generally credited to your ttjj Wallet within thirty (30) seconds for e-wallet methods. ttjj does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits originating from accounts not registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:

• Completed and approved KYC verification
• The full satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements on Bonus Funds
• Minimum withdrawal amounts as displayed in the Account dashboard

5.3 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months ("Dormant Accounts") may be subject to an inactivity administration fee, the amount and schedule of which will be communicated to the registered email address on file before any deduction is applied. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in.

ttjj offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While active Bonus Funds remain in a Player's Wallet, single-bet amounts may be capped. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

ttjj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated play, hedging strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts reviewed for suspension.

All games available on the ttjj Platform operate in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game interface and, for live dealer games, as announced by the dealer at the commencement of each round. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games and virtual table games on the ttjj Platform utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. RNG integrity is subject to periodic third-party audit and certification. Results are not influenced by prior outcomes, Player identity, balance level, or any other external factor.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments operated by ttjj's licensed game providers. Physical shuffling machines and certified roulette equipment are used. Any technical malfunction during a live game round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable provider's void game policy, which may result in the round being declared void and all wagers refunded.

7.3 Disconnections

In the event of a Player disconnection during an active game round, the bet placed prior to disconnection remains valid and the round will complete normally. The result and any applicable payout will be reflected in the Player's Account history upon reconnection. ttjj is not liable for losses resulting from player-side disconnections.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the ttjj Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using any automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated play designed to defraud ttjj or other players
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of associated gains
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial purpose
• Charging back or otherwise reversing any deposit without prior resolution through ttjj's dispute process
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward any ttjj employee, contractor, or fellow Player

ttjj is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable persons from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a cap on the net amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts and session time caps.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content are granted.

Any unauthorised use of ttjj's intellectual property, including scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or automated access to the Platform, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ttjj, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ttjj Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, including interruptions caused by force majeure events, government actions, network failures, or third-party service outages
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where ttjj has performed its security obligations under these Terms

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ttjj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, ttjj's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

ttjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Account is found to have been opened or operated in breach of these Terms
• ttjj receives a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring it to do so
• ttjj reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ttjj
• The Player has breached the Prohibited Conduct provisions of Section 8
• Regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate a change in ttjj's accessible player base

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ttjj support. Upon closure, any remaining verified cash balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

In the event of any dispute between you and ttjj arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, the following process shall apply:

1. Internal Complaint: You must first submit a written complaint to ttjj's Player Support team via the official in-app live chat or by email at the address listed in Section 16. ttjj will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days.
2. Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with ttjj's response following the internal process, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for licensed operators.
3. Final Resolution: Disputes that remain unresolved following PAGCOR escalation shall be referred to binding arbitration in the Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI), unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Notwithstanding the above, ttjj may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any Philippine court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms that would cause irreparable harm.

ttjj reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ttjj will provide notice to registered Players via the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the ttjj Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting Player Support.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim that falls outside the scope of mandatory arbitration.

The ttjj Platform is operated under the authority and framework of a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All activities conducted on the Platform are subject to applicable Philippine gaming and e-commerce legislation, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173).
